Job Title : Business Development Representative (BDR) - Outbound Lead Generation
- Shift Timings : 7 : 00 PM – 4 : 00 AM IST (Nigh shift)
- Experience Required : MBA Fresher with internship experience or 1 year experience in outbound Lead Gen , preferably with AI exposure
Candidate Requirements :

Proven experience in outbound lead generation, bench sales, or working withoutsourcing / digital marketing agencies, know about CRM.

Job Description (Roles & Responsibilities) :
Generate 8–10 qualified leads (booked meetings) per monthConduct personalized outreach via 30–40 emails / LinkedIn messages dailyMake 30–40 cold / warm calls per day to qualify prospectsIdentify and reach out to key decision-makers and influencersAssist the sales team with follow-ups and closuresDraft strategic responses addressing the prospects' pain pointsManage and maintain outreach records using the company's CRMDevelop and maintain an email template librarySubmit structured daily, weekly, and monthly activity reportsSkills Required
