Tech Mahindra - Cyber Security Specialist - Azure Key Vault / Incident Management

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Specialist with extensive experience in managing and troubleshooting Hashicorp Key Vault and other Key Management Systems (KMS). The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in incident management, policy refinement, and vendor coordination. This role requires a proactive individual who can quickly learn and adapt to various KMS environments while effectively communicating with :

• Administer and troubleshoot Hashicorp Key Vault, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Manage incident tickets and provide timely resolutions to issues related to key vaults and KMS systems.
• Quickly learn and upskill on various KMS tools and technologies within the client environment.
• Refine, test, and validate policies and rules for different usage scenarios to enhance security protocols.
• Coordinate and communicate with OEM vendors with minimal guidance to resolve technical issues.
• Document processes, incidents, and resolutions clearly and concisely for future reference.
• Participate in security audits and compliance checks related to key management Skills :
• Proven experience with Azure Key Vault and Hashicorp Key Vault.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in Incident Management.
• Excellent oral communication skills.
• Proficient in technical documentation and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with Skills :
• Experience with other KMS solutions.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards.
• Familiarity with scripting languages for automation.
• Experience in a fast paced, dynamic work :
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 7 - 10 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity and key management systems.
• Certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM, or equivalent) are a plus.
