Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager - Cybersecurity to drive enterprise sales and strategic growth across South India, with a focus on Manufacturing, BFSI, Fintech / Tech, and Pharmaceutical industries. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of consultative selling, deep industry relationships with CXO-level stakeholders, and the ability to align cybersecurity solutions with complex business and compliance needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Enterprise Account Ownership : Build and grow enterprise accounts across Manufacturing, BFSI, Fintech / Tech, and Pharma sectors.
- CXO Engagement : Engage with CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, Risk / Compliance Heads, and Operations Leaders to position Sequretek as a trusted cybersecurity partner.
- Solution Selling : Drive sales of Sequreteks portfolio including :
- Security Operations (SOC, SIEM, Threat Intelligence)
- Endpoint & Cloud Security
- Identity & Access Management (IAM), Zero Trust
- Regulatory & Compliance-driven Security (RBI, SEBI, IRDAI, GMP, FDA, ISO / IEC, OT security)
- Sales Cycle Management : Lead the complete sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
- Cross-BU Account Mapping : Identify opportunities across multiple business units to maximize multi-solution adoption.
- Partner & Channel Leverage : Collaborate with channel partners and alliances to expand Sequreteks market footprint.
- Market Insights : Track competitor activities, regulatory changes, and market trends to refine sales strategies.
- Customer Success Collaboration : Work closely with presales, delivery, and support teams to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements
4-7 years of enterprise sales experience in cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, or enterprise technology.Strong industry network and proven relationships within BFSI, Fintech / Tech, Manufacturing, and Pharma (South India preferred).Demonstrated success in managing multimillion-dollar revenue targets.Expertise in consultative selling mapping vertical-specific risks and compliance needs to cybersecurity solutions.Knowledge of regulatory frameworks :BFSI / Fintech : RBI, SEBI, IRDAIPharma : GMP, FDAManufacturing : ISO / IEC, OT security standardsStrong business acumen with the ability to engage at CXO and Board levels.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to manage diverse accounts and deliver against aggressive growth targets.(ref : iimjobs.com)
