Position Overview

We are seeking a QA / QC Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in project documentation, technical coordination, and quality support for engineered equipment projects. This role is documentation-focused (approximately 70–80%) and is well-suited for professionals experienced in EPC, oil & gas, or mechanical project environments who can effectively liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage technical project documentation, including drawings, BOMs, compliance certificates, inspection reports, and final dossiers.
• Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, project management) and external vendors to gather, track, and submit documentation.
• Support QA / QC processes by facilitating and attending inspections (e.g., FATs), compiling inspection reports, and liaising with quality personnel and clients.
• Maintain document logs, track submittals and approvals, and ensure compliance with client and industry requirements
• Communicate with clients on documentation submissions, clarifications, and timelines.
• Support quality functions by compiling Manufacturing Record Books (MRBs), inspection checklists, and delivery certifications.
• Assist in documentation and resolution of non-conformities or deviations as needed.
