As the Associate Director Process Re-engineering you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and transformation across ANSR’s ecosystem. This role focuses on redesigning business processes, implementing automation, and building scalable, future-ready operating models that align with ANSR’s mission of enabling global enterprises to build, scale, and optimize.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies , introduce digital-first solutions, and enhance process agility and cost efficiency . By embedding Lean, Six Sigma, and automation-led improvements, As the Process Re-engineering Lead will help ANSR deliver high-value, outcome-driven transformation programs—reinforcing ANSR’s position as a strategic enabler of enterprise transformation and global capability excellence
Key Responsibilities
- Drive enterprise-wide process transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency, scalability, and business agility across ANSR’s GCC ecosystem.
- Redesign core business processes through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate inefficiencies, reduce turnaround time, and improve service quality.
- Champion digital enablement and automation by identifying opportunities to deploy RPA, AI, analytics, and workflow solutions that accelerate process optimization.
- Partner with client leadership and internal stakeholders to align transformation priorities with strategic business goals and operational outcomes.
- Establish standardized frameworks for process governance, documentation, and continuous improvement across functions and client engagements.
- Measure transformation success through data-driven KPIs, SLAs, and performance dashboards to demonstrate tangible efficiency gains.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by mentoring teams and embedding best practices in process excellence.
- Collaborate closely with ANSR’s transformation and technology teams to deliver sustainable, automation-led efficiency models that enable clients to scale effectively.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Management, or a related field;MBA preferred.
12+ years of experience in process re-engineering, transformation, or operational excellence, ideally within GCCs or shared services.Certified in Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM (Green / Black Belt preferred).Proven track record in automation and digital transformation initiatives.Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and change management skills.Skills & Competencies
