Business Process Manager

We are looking for two senior experts : a Business Analyst / Process Modeler and an API / Backend Tools Designer. Together, they will capture business processes and translate them into backend API schemas.

Responsibilities :

Business Analyst / Process Modeler

Capture and document operational workflows using BPMN.

Translate domain descriptions, company use cases, and business needs into clear process models.

API / Backend Tools Designer

Design structured backend API schemas that align with modeled processes.

Translate business workflows into scalable technical specifications.

Ensure APIs reflect system functionality and support all business intents.

Requirements :

Business Analyst / Process Modeler : 3–5+ years of experience in business / process analysis with strong BPMN expertise.

API / Backend Tools Designer : 4–6+ years of experience in solution architecture, API design, or backend product ownership.

Senior-level expertise with proven project experience.

Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to connect business and technical goals.
