Marketing Content and Operations Specialist

Role : Marketing Operations Coordinator (Chennai – On-site)

We’re looking for a driven, creative, and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Coordinator, someone who’s great with content, coordination, and communication.

You’ll work directly with the COO to bring the I’M SAFE story to life across campaigns, videos, partnerships, and events. Your goal : make sure marketing runs smoothly, content stays sharp, and performance keeps improving every week.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate projects across teams & partners : Be the central link between our social, SEO, ad, and video agencies. Manage timelines, track deliverables, and ensure smooth execution across campaigns.
• Own content creation : Write and edit copy for campaigns, social posts, web pages, videos, and emails — communicating safety, care, and connection with clarity and emotion.
• Drive creative & video production : Prepare briefs, coordinate with editors / designers, oversee shoots and reviews, and ensure every asset reflects the I’M SAFE voice and quality.
• Manage creators & collaborations : Identify and onboard micro-influencers and student creators, coordinate deliverables, and convert their work into reusable brand assets.
• Plan partnerships & events : Work with colleges, NGOs, corporates, and housing communities to organise awareness programs, demos, and workshops. Handle logistics and reporting end-to-end.
• Support PR & storytelling : Coordinate press releases, podcasts, founder interviews, and community stories that strengthen brand visibility and trust.
• Track data & performance : Collect and analyse weekly reports across channels (ads, SEO, social, events). Identify insights and collaborate with agencies to optimise results.
• Keep operations organised : Maintain reports, calendars, and asset folders so marketing functions like a well-oiled system.
