General Manager - Honda Two-Wheeler Dealership - Guwahati

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our Honda

Two-Wheeler dealership operations in Guwahati. The ideal candidate will be responsible for

overseeing all dealership functions, driving sales performance, ensuring superior customer

satisfaction, and managing a high-performing team to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee day-to-day dealership operations, including sales, service, spares, finance, and administration.
• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Lead and motivate the sales and service teams to deliver exceptional performancen and meet OEM (Honda) standards.
• Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and control operational costs.
• Maintain strong relationships with Honda officials, customers, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with all dealership policies, manufacturer guidelines, andn statutory requirements.
• Plan and execute local marketing, promotional, and customer engagement activities.
• Regularly review customer feedback and take corrective actions to improve service quality.
• Drive digital transformation and process improvements within the dealership.
