We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and coordinate our ERP projects offshore. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of managing ERP teams and projects, with hands-on experience in at least one ERP tool. Prior experience in managing Kronos projects will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as Scrum Master / TPM for ERP and related integration projects.
• Manage project lifecycle : planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of ERP initiatives.
• Drive sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• Track project progress, risks, and issues across the team.
• Ensure proper documentation, communication, and coordination with onsite stakeholders.
• Identify process improvements and enforce Agile best practices.
• Manage Kronos implementation or support activities (if applicable).
• Report on team velocity, project health, and stakeholder satisfaction.
