Role Description

• The Global Employee Learning Team is part of Global HR Talent & Development function and is responsible for the provision of a global learning offering that supports c.80,000 colleagues to deliver against Deutsche Bank's strategic objectives and enables them as individuals to build their skills to advance their career.
• In this role you will support the Global Employee Learning team to deliver its core learning products and technologies as we strive to become a stronger learning organisation.
• Your role will provide project and administrative support for complex global initiatives. You will have a strong focus on educating stakeholder groups helping to tell our story that explains the breadth of learning opportunities available at Deutsche Bank. In particular you will take a supporting role for conducting learning needs analysis with the business and curating learning content / learning journeys to support requirements.
