Job Purpose :
The Pre-Sales Executive will be responsible for contacting potential clients through allotted leads, understanding their requirements, warming them up, and convincing them to schedule meetings, site visits with the sales team. This role is critical to driving the sales pipeline and ensuring maximum conversions. Performance-based incentives will be awarded based on the number of successful appointments leading to closures.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Lead Interaction & Requirement Gathering
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs, budget, and preferences.
- Conduct site visits to assess feasibility and capture requirements.
2. Sales Support
Assist the sales team in converting leads into confirmed projects.Follow up with clients to schedule meetings with the sales team.Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience before project closure.3. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and site visits through Salesforce or similar tools.Generate regular reports on lead status and pipeline progress.Key Skills & Competencies :

Education : Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any fieldExperience : 1–3 years in pre-sales, sales support, or client engagement in interiors, modular furniture, or real estate interiorsKey Attributes :
