Client Account Manager

Overall Job Responsibilities & Authority :

Operating as the lead point of contact for any matters specific to your accounts

Primary Responsibilities :

• Anticipate and forecast operation-oriented tasks like case inflow.
• Ensuring day-to-day operational activities are accomplished.
• Verify customer documents (education / employment / address / criminal etc.)
• Collections and follow up with clients on a regular basis
• Client needs – on daily basis.
• Ensuring TAT and quality service
