We are looking for a Semi Qualified Company Secretary professional with a deep understanding of the Companies Act, 2013, LLP Act- 2008, ROC filings, and compliance management. The candidate should be proficient in convening Board Meetings / AGMs, managing RBI and FEMA compliances, and have a solid background in banking operations. The role also requires excellent drafting and communication skills, with the ability to draft and review agreements.
