Required Experience – 2 Years & Above
Roles & Responsibilities :
- 2-4 years of experience as a US IT Recruiter.
- Should have a good understanding of the trending IT skills in the market.
- Strong experience in hiring OPT / CPT / H1B / GC / USC candidates from Dice, Monster, Universities, Network, Social Networking sites, and other sources.
- Strong experience in W2 & C2C Hiring.
- Maintaining an active candidate's database.
- Verification of work status.
- Must have hands of experience in the hiring of all Visa types (US Citizen, GC, H1B, H4 EAD, OPT EAD, etc.,).
- Screening the resumes maintaining a separate database and Following up with the candidates.
- Ability to interact, develop candidates' networks.
- Should have excellent communication skills.
- Explaining and Negotiation about company & rates.
- Good Negotiation, Sourcing, and Networking Skills.
- Coordinating the entire recruitment process till the consultant is on-boarding.
- Should be able to educate the consultants about the whole process.
- Soft skills- High degree of emotional intelligence, positive attitude, teamwork, and passion towards recruitment.
