Servicenow Architect

Key Responsibilities :

Define and implement ServiceNow architecture , including platform governance, data model design, integrations, and automation.

Lead end-to-end solution design across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, SecOps, or other ServiceNow modules.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient ServiceNow solutions.

Oversee platform upgrades , migrations, and version management.

Define and enforce best practices for development, scripting, and platform usage.

Drive integration architecture using APIs, MID servers, and external tools .

Conduct code reviews, performance tuning , and ensure platform security and compliance.

Guide and mentor developers and administrators on ServiceNow best practices and technical standards.

Required Skills & Experience :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, with at least 3 years in an architect or lead role.

Proven expertise in ITSM and at least one additional module : ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, or GRC.

Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Portal .

Experience designing and implementing CMDB models and discovery / inventory processes .

Hands-on with ServiceNow integrations (REST / SOAP, web services, API orchestration).

Experience in domain separation, multi-instance management, and performance optimization .

Knowledge of Agile / Scrum delivery and DevOps CI / CD pipelines for ServiceNow.
