Head of Engineering - Full Stack Development

Position Summary :

We're seeking a hands-on Head of Engineering with strong full-stack expertise to lead a team of 12+ engineers. The ideal candidate will bring deep system architecture knowledge and technical leadership skills, with a particular focus on backend excellence while managing full-stack initiatives.
