Sales Executive – 1 Year Experience

Location : Bangalore (On-site)

Company : Party One

Type : Full-time | Entry-level

Incentives : Performance-based incentives on conversions

About Party One :

Party One is a fast-growing platform connecting customers with top-rated event services for birthdays, anniversaries, corporate parties, and more. We're looking for enthusiastic and customer-driven individuals to join our sales team.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead Conversion :
  • Engage with incoming customer leads generated via ads and follow up proactively to convert them into successful bookings.
  • Customer Interaction :
  • Understand customer requirements with empathy and offer the best-suited event packages / services.
  • Vendor Coordination :
  • Act as a strong bridge between customers and our event vendors to ensure smooth communication and timely execution.
  • CRM & Follow-ups :
  • Maintain updated records of all interactions and ensure timely follow-ups for undecided leads.

Must-Have Skills :

  • Good communication in English, Hindi , and at least one South Indian language (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with clients.
  • Proactive, organized, and highly responsive.
  • Strong coordination skills with both customers and vendors.
  • Empathy-driven approach towards customer conversations.
  • Good-to-Have :

  • Basic understanding of event management or past experience in handling any kind of events.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or lead tracking platforms.
