Role : Enterprise Sales Specialist – Partner-Led Business

Location : Bengaluru

Type : Full-Time, On-Site

Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and driven Enterprise Sales Specialist to lead partner-led sales initiatives in Bengaluru. This role focuses on enabling and growing revenue through enterprise-grade channel partners, rather than direct client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive enterprise sales through a network of strategic partners, resellers, and system integrators.
  • Identify and onboard high-potential partners aligned with enterprise business goals.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop joint go-to-market strategies and solution offerings.
  • Support partners in lead generation, sales enablement, and deal closures.
  • Monitor partner performance, pipeline health, and revenue contribution.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective partner account management and post-sales support coordination.

✅ Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in a partner-led or channel-driven model.
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, enterprise buying cycles, and solution selling.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with VARs, OEMs, system integrators, or strategic alliances.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and partner management platforms.
