Xylem Learning is growing! We’re looking for enthusiastic, result-driven Student Counsellors to guide learners and drive enrolments for our expanding academic programs.

🔹 What You’ll Do

• Engage with prospective students / parents via inbound & outbound calls
• Assess academic needs and recommend the right Xylem programs
• Present and promote course offerings with confidence
• Build strong relationships with students & families
• Achieve monthly / quarterly enrolment & revenue targets
• Maintain accurate CRM records
• Collaborate with academic, marketing & operations teams
• Share feedback to enhance conversions & student experience
