Key Responsibilities
- Outbound marketing : Design and execute campaigns targeting Indian doctors, public health partners, donors, governments, and international distributors.
- Digital channels : Manage and grow our presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, digital ads, and SEO-driven website content.
- Content & design : Review and refine creatives, brochures, packaging, and digital assets for consistency and impact.
- Customer success : Develop and manage processes for supporting doctors and parents; oversee CRM-driven follow-ups, upselling, and direct sales pipelines.
- Process development : Establish scalable systems for Indian doctor sales / accounts management, ensuring structured outreach and reporting.
- AI & analytics : Leverage AI tools and analytics for content optimization, digital campaign performance, and marketing automation.

Our products include a bracelet to detect hypothermia in premature babies, and clip to detect if a baby has stopped breathing, and a shoe to help restart breathing in sick babies.
