We’re looking for a creative, data-driven, and hands-on Marketing Manager to elevate our brand, drive engagement, and generate qualified leads through strategic marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Develop and execute social media strategies across , Instagram, and X (Twitter) to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Create, schedule, and manage high-quality content — including videos, reels, posts, stories, and infographics.
- Track social media analytics, optimize performance, and report on key metrics.
- Engage with audiences, respond to inquiries, and manage the company’s online reputation.
Content Creation & Brand Development
Produce engaging videos, case studies, blogs, and visual content that showcase our event builds, client success stories, and capabilities.Ensure all marketing materials reflect a consistent brand tone, visual identity, and message .Work closely with the design and production teams to document projects and capture content from live events.Email & CRM Marketing
Plan, design, and execute email campaigns targeting existing clients and prospective leads.Develop newsletters , promotional campaigns, and event invitations.Manage and maintain CRM databases to ensure accurate contact segmentation and follow-ups.Monitor and report on campaign performance, open rates, and conversions.Strategy & Lead Generation
Develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy aligned with company goals and sales objectives.Work closely with the sales team to create marketing materials that support new business development.Research and identify industry trends, competitors, and opportunities to position the company effectively.Manage digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Ads, etc.) to drive qualified traffic and leads.Analytics & Reporting
Track, analyze, and report on KPIs across all channels (social, web, email, and ads).Use insights to refine campaigns, optimize spend, and improve ROI.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field .5–10 years of marketing experience, preferably in events, experiential marketing, design, or B2B sectors .Strong knowledge of social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later, Buffer) and analytics platforms .Experience with email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign).Proficiency in video editing and content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
