Job descriptionPlan, organize, and deliver seminars and workshops in engineering colleges and universities across India. Collaborate with college / university authorities for partnerships, promotional events, and student engagement programs. Promote Augmintech’s courses, internship programs, and brand presence through impactful presentations. Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and lead generation. Coordinate with the internal team for marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives. Track, analyze, and report the performance of marketing and outreach activities. Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities Good understanding of the education and training sector, especially in engineering domains Willingness to travel Pan India for institutional visits, seminars, and events

Qualification & Experience :
- MBA in Marketing or Sales (Compulsory)
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the EdTech industry
- Strong network and connections with engineering colleges and universities across India
