Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager with Ownership and to control end-to-end cost as per budget & its variance for the BU MIS reporting ensuring accurate and timely report-out. Experienced in financial reporting, controllership. The candidate should have the drive and energy to drive change and willing to learn new things and should be flexible to support the larger team as required

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

• Process GST-compliant invoices for bought-out items, freight, and service contracts (Erection & Civil) using SAP.
• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to statutory requirements.
• Analyze and record monthly revenue for DL and TL projects, ensuring alignment with associated costs.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports for Revenue vs. Cost and detailed cost-to-revenue mapping sheets.
• Review client billing and reconcile unbilled revenue to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Coordinate with SCM and CPMG teams for documentation and submission of client invoices.
• Liaise with site teams for timely Goods Receipt Note (GRN) entries in SAP.
• Monitor physical stock against SAP stock reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Process contractor / vendor bills post-reconciliation with Purchase Orders and site progress.
• Ensure compliance and timely payment through SAP (MIR7 and payment knock-off entries).
