Job Purpose :

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Controller to join our team. This role involves managing financial reporting, key account finance, and commercial oversight while supporting strategic decision-making across the Responsibilities :

The incumbent in this position will :

• Maintain accurate financial records and segmented reporting, guide teams on transaction processing and account reconciliations.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and key performance drivers.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and dashboards.
• Develop business models and commercial proposals for new and existing opportunities.
• Manage financial relationships with key clients, ensuring account profitability and strategic alignment.
• Oversee customer and vendor contract management, including pricing negotiations and compliance with commercial clauses.
• Monitor project P&Ls, ensure budget compliance, and implement strategies to improve margins.
• Support the development and implementation of financial controls across teams.
• Lead budgeting, financial planning, rolling forecasts, and financial ratio analysis.
• Partner with sales and operations to support new initiatives and provide line-level service P&L insights.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation in financial 6-8 years of relevant experience in managing Business Qualification : and Competencies
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with healthcare systems and terminology is preferred.
