Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Sou Chef / Head Chef (Pastry) at Middle East Countries (Kuwait , Qatar , Oman , Bahrain) . The Sou Chef / Head Chef (Pastry) will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of pastry preparation, including planning, creating, and executing pastry dishes. They will ensure that all pastries are of the highest quality and presented elegantly, maintain inventory and order supplies, and uphold strict hygiene and safety standards. They will also be responsible for managing and training pastry kitchen staff, creating menus, and ensuring a smooth operation in the pastry department.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in pastry preparation, baking, and presentation
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Knowledge of various baking techniques and pastry trends
• Attention to detail and creativity in pastry design
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress effectively
• Culinary degree or relevant certification in pastry and baking is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role within a high-end restaurant or hotel is a plus
• Currently Designated at the Same position
• Minimum Exp. Needed 5-7 years .
