Job Title : HR Executive
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end HR processes : recruitment, onboarding, induction, and exit formalities
- Administer payroll, attendance, and leave management
- Oversee statutory compliance and labour law requirements
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately
- Implement and update HR policies and procedures
- Use ERP / HRMS platforms (Odoo, GreytHR, or similar) for HR operations
- Support employee engagement and address HR-related queries
- Coordinate with various teams to plan and support employee engagement activities, celebrations, and other company events to foster a positive workplace culture
Key Competencies and Person Specification :
Qualification : Commerce background (graduate or equivalent).Experience : 1–2 years in HR operations and statutory compliance.Skills : Strong communication skills; solid knowledge of HR processes, payroll, and ERP / HRMS systems.Location : Bannerghatta, Bangalore.Reporting to : HR Head / Management.Compensation :
