360 ONE - Lead - Robotics Process Automation

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere (AA360).
• Identify automation opportunities through process analysis and stakeholder collaboration.
• Integrate AI components (e.g., OCR, ML, NLP) to enhance automation capabilities.
• Develop, test, and maintain automation workflows, bots, and reusable components.
• Create and maintain detailed RPA documentation including design documents, test cases, and user guides.
• Collaborate closely with business analysts, SMEs, and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Ensure best practices, governance, and compliance in RPA solution development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Provide post-deployment support, maintenance, and optimization of automation solutions.
