Robotic Process Automation - BluePrism

Teamware Solutions is seeking a skilled Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer with expertise in Blue Prism . You'll be instrumental in identifying, designing, and implementing automated solutions that streamline business processes, reduce manual effort, and improve operational efficiency across various departments. This role is ideal for a proactive developer who is passionate about automation and eager to drive digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• RPA Solution Design & Development :
• Identify and analyze business processes suitable for automation using Blue Prism .
• Design, develop, and deploy robust and scalable RPA processes and objects using the Blue Prism platform.
• Create detailed Process Definition Documents (PDDs) and Solution Design Documents (SDDs) .
• Implement exception handling, error logging, and recovery mechanisms within RPA solutions.
• Bot Management & Optimization :
• Configure and manage Control Room operations , including scheduling, monitoring, and managing digital workers.
• Perform performance tuning of processes and optimize existing automations for efficiency and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise during process execution or development.
• Collaboration & Support :
• Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and validate automated solutions.
• Collaborate with IT infrastructure and security teams to ensure secure and compliant RPA deployments.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed processes.
• Train business users on new automated processes and bot functionalities.
• Best Practices & Governance :
• Adhere to RPA development best practices , coding standards, and governance frameworks.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our RPA capabilities and methodologies.
