Our Organization

The Global Point of Sale (POS) and Payments Solution Delivery organization is responsible for delivering technology solutions to drive growth, enable efficiency, and improve the customer experience at the front-line in our stores. We innovate globally across all TJX banners to ensure a first-class transaction process for our customers (sales, returns, and exchanges), enable payment processing and TJX rewards programs, facilitate downstream sales audit and financial reporting, and much more!

What You Will Do

As a Manager of Engineering, you will be accountable for the overall engineering and technical health of solutions within this domain area and engineering talent management within and across your teams. A Manager of Engineering will possess significant Engineering Management experience and is expected to demonstrate leadership competencies as a leader-of-leaders. As the leader of multiple teams, they have a strong focus on coaching, mentoring, developing and growing engineering talent, and championing an engineering mindset, agile practices and adherence to Company and industry standards.

You will also be responsible for establishing and executing the strategy, defining platforms / capabilities, building and leading cross-functional teams, and communicating to many senior level stakeholders. This role will lead teams that will help with maturing various business and technical capabilities across the TJX India Office. Although the primary focus will be on the Payments function this role will partner and support the POS engineering teams.
