Our Organization

The Stores Delivery Common Services team provides foundational services to enable secure, efficient, and scalable software delivery to stores. This includes deployment automation, performance engineering, testing, labs, and monitoring. As we expand our capabilities in India, we are building a strong engineering presence to support and mature these functions, with a particular focus on POS software deployment and project delivery .

What You Will Do

As an Engineering Manager , you will lead a team of Senior Engineers, Staff Engineers, and Senior Project Analysts focused on the deployment of Oracle Xstore POS software to 4000+ stores globally. You will be responsible for technical execution, team development, and strategic alignment with business and technology goals. This role requires strong leadership, deep technical understanding of retail systems, and a passion for operational excellence.
