About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive
HR Manager
to lead and oversee all aspects of human resource management within our fast-growing social networking platform company. The HR Manager will be responsible for
talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and culture building
, ensuring that our organization attracts, retains, and develops top talent.
This role is critical in shaping a positive workplace environment while aligning HR practices with the company’s goals.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent across technical and non-technical roles.
Manage end-to-end hiring process including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
Employee Engagement & Relations
Build programs to promote employee satisfaction, retention, and professional growth.
Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work culture.
Performance Management & Development
Implement performance appraisal systems and KPIs.
Drive training, learning, and development initiatives for employees.
Policy & Compliance
Ensure HR policies are compliant with local labor laws and regulations.
Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
Culture & Organizational Development
Champion company culture, values, and team collaboration.
Support leadership in organizational design and change management.
Compensation & Benefits
Oversee payroll, salary structuring, and benefits administration.
Benchmark compensation against industry standards for competitiveness.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA / PGDM preferred).
2+ years of proven experience
as an HR Manager, HR Business Partner, or similar role.
Experience in
IT / Software or startup environment
Knowledge of
HRMS tools (Zoho People, Keka, GreytHR, etc.)
Exposure to
talent branding and employer branding strategies
Strong knowledge of
HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance
Experience in
recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
