Med Q is looking for a skilled Lab Technician to join our dynamic team. This is a shift-based role, ideal for candidates with 6 months to 6 years of experience in clinical or diagnostic laboratories. The Lab Technician will perform sample collection, testing, and reporting while ensuring accuracy and quality in all laboratory operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collect, prepare, and analyze patient samples (blood, urine, tissue, etc.) according to standard procedures.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
• Accurately record and report test results in lab records and systems.
• Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and quality control standards.
• Prepare reagents, solutions, and assist in routine lab maintenance.
• Monitor inventory and ensure timely procurement of lab supplies.
• Support senior staff in diagnostic and research activities.
• Follow SOPs and comply with regulatory guidelines.
