Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Vasai for a Computer Repair Technician. The technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining desktop computers and related hardware. Day-to-day tasks will include troubleshooting IT issues, providing technical support, and ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems. The role also involves assisting with network setups and CCTV installations when needed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Computer Science and Computer Repair
• Skills in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support
• Experience with Desktop Computers
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Effective communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work efficiently on-site in Vasai
• Experience in computer networking and CCTV installation is a plus
• Relevant certification or a degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred
