As a seasoned IT recruiter, you'll play a pivotal role in scaling our Core Tech desk across Data, Cloud, Integration / Automation, and Enterprise Apps. You'll be responsible for full-cycle recruiting for US clients and upleveling a pod to deliver faster with quality.

We're seeking a highly experienced recruiter with 5-8+ years of experience in US IT recruiting across data / cloud / integration. You should have proven closures in at least two of Snowflake / Databricks, AWS / Azure / GCP, Salesforce / ServiceNow, Workato / MuleSoft / Boomi.

• Lead end-to-end recruiting for US roles in data engineering / analytics, CRM, cloud, and integration.
• Convert vague job descriptions into clear, winnable requirements via sharp discovery with Delivery / AE / HM.
• Build candidate pipelines via JobDiva, Recruiter, referrals, communities, meetups.
• Screen for technical fit and role outcomes; negotiate compensation / rates and close deals.
• Manage MSP / VMS submissions with speed and accuracy; prep candidates for interviews.
• Maintain pristine ATS hygiene; publish weekly progress dashboards.
• Mentor 1–2 recruiters / sourcers on search strategy and outreach quality.
