Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Team Lead - Interior Design. The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating Interior Design projects, ensuring that they meet design specifications and quality standards. The role involves managing a team of designers, liaising with clients, and ensuring timely project delivery. The Team Lead will also play a critical role in developing design strategies, conducting site inspections, material and product selection and maintaining project documentation.

Qualifications

Proven experience in project management, team coordination, and leadership skills

Strong Interior Design and technical drawing skills

Excellent communication and client liaison abilities

Proficiency in CAD, Revit, and other architectural software

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Bachelor's degree in Interior Designing or related field; Master's degree preferred

Experience in luxury residential, commercial, and heritage projects is a plus
