About the Role
As a Key Account Manager – Channel Sales, you’ll be at the forefront of driving growth through strategic partnerships with real estate brokers, builders, and channel partners. You’ll play a vital role in expanding Livspace’s network, generating high-quality leads, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Build and strengthen relationships with real estate brokers, builders, and channel partners
Identify, onboard, and manage new partners to grow business reach
Generate qualified leads and direct them to Livspace Experience Centres
Conduct regular meetings, site visits, and engagement activities
Collaborate with internal Design, Sales & Marketing teams for seamless customer journeys
Track partner performance, manage lead conversions, and achieve sales targets
Represent Livspace with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate degree (MBA preferred)
2–8 years of experience in channel sales / business development within interior design, real estate, or home improvement
Strong understanding of local real estate and broker ecosystems
Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills
Proven record in meeting sales targets and managing long-term partnerships
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven
Two-wheeler and valid driving license required
Fluency in English, Hindi, and the regional language
