About the role

We are looking for a passionate and driven individual with a stellar record of building workforce capabilities and employee development initiatives to join as Lead - Learning & Talent Development. This role has Pan-India responsibility and reports to the CHRO.

Key Responsibilities :

Learning & Development

• Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development programs tailored to the needs of the organization
• Conduct training needs assessments to identify skills gaps and create targeted training initiatives.
• Design, develop, and deliver engaging training materials, workshops, and learning modules.
• Collaborate with departmental leaders to ensure alignment of L&D programs with business goals.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in L&D to continuously enhance our training offerings.
• Manage and maintain the learning management system (LMS) and other related technologies.
