Role Overview the Associate – Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the institution’s brand visibility, student enrollment, and overall growth by formulating and executing strategic marketing initiatives. This role requires managing cross-channel campaigns, leading a small team, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the institution’s marketing goals are achieved effectively. Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and oversee comprehensive marketing plans aligned with institutional objectives.
- Identify growth opportunities, define positioning, and implement strategies to strengthen the institution’s brand image.
2. Campaign Management
Plan, manage, and evaluate multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, and events.Ensure consistent brand messaging and high-impact execution of campaigns.3. Content & Communication
Guide the creation of impactful marketing materials including brochures, web content, blogs, and social media updates.Ensure all content is aligned with the brand voice and resonates with the target audience.4. Market Research & Insights
Conduct competitor benchmarking and market analysis to identify industry trends and student preferences.Use insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.5. Lead Generation & Conversion
Implement innovative lead generation strategies to drive inquiries and conversions.Oversee lead nurturing processes to support the admissions team in achieving enrollment targets.6. Budget & Performance Management
Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring optimal ROI across campaigns.Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvements.7. Relationship & Stakeholder Management
Build strong relationships with students, parents, alumni, educational consultants, and external partners.Collaborate with academic and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with institutional goals.8. Team Leadership
Mentor and guide junior marketing executives, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and performance.Ensure smooth coordination within the marketing team and with cross functional departments.Qualifications & Skills
Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s / master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.3–6 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the education / EdTech sector.Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales and enrollment targets.Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and make data-driven decisions.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working both independently and in a team.Ready to travel as part of marketing and business expansion activities.
