Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Experience, Social Media & Communication Manager located in Noida. The role involves managing customer interactions, handling social media accounts, creating and disseminating press releases, and developing strategic communications plans. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with customers, coordinating with media outlets, and overseeing all social media marketing efforts to enhance brand presence and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Excellent Communication and Strategic Communications skills, proficient in English

Advanced knowledge of AI tools to create Social Media Posts is a MUST

Proficiency in Social Media Marketing especially WhatsApp and Instagram

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Experience in the home décor or furnishing industry is a plus

Ability to coordinate with back-end teams at the Store to update consumers about order status

Ability to sell new products via 1 : 1 WhatsApp chats
