Job descriptionMonitor material, labor, and equipment requirements and optimize their usage. Assist in budget preparation, cost estimation, and cost control measures. Evaluate project risks and suggest mitigation strategies. Prepare progress reports, presentations, and documentation for management. Maintain proper records of all construction activities and schedule updates. Ensure documentation compliance with industry and regulatory standards
Construction Management :
- Supervise and manage site construction activities as per project plans and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with design, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders for smooth execution.
- Address on-site issues and provide engineering solutions.
