OPERATIONS & COMPLIANCE : Performs moderately complex operational activities including managing contract intake information and reviewing contract abstractions in accordance with operational procedures, ensuring internal and external completion dates are met and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal control standards
CUSTOMER SUPPORT : Collaborate with stakeholders to handle operational tasks, provide timely responses and collaborate to resolve operational issues
SYSTEMS & PROCESSES : Monitors and runs system processes, control reports, system feeds, reference and static data, error analysis and remediation action
DATA MANAGEMENT : Gathers and loads all required data in systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT : Identifies and suggests process and system improvements to mitigate risks, reduce costs and improve efficiency
Qualifications
Minimum requirement of 2 years of relevant work experience
Typically reflects 3 years or more of relevant experience
Knowledge of related systems (IBM Tririga)
Experience in contract abstraction and understanding of Real Estate contracts and principles
Ability to structure problems logically and arrive at solutions, with attention to detail
