Overview

We are seeking a skilled Integration Developer to design, build, and maintain integrations across enterprise applications, platforms, and services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with leading iPaaS platforms (e.g., Boomi, IBM webMethods, Tray.io, MuleSoft, or similar) and a strong background in API management. You will play a key role in enabling seamless data flows, automating business processes, and ensuring our systems operate as a connected ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage integrations using iPaaS platforms, ranging from rapid low-code / no-code automations to sophisticated, multi-system, enterprise-grade solutions.
• Design, implement, and manage APIs, including documentation, security, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with application teams, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and resilient integration solutions.
• Apply enterprise integration patterns to ensure consistency, scalability, and reliability.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integrations for performance, cost efficiency, and resilience.
• Ensure integrations comply with enterprise security, compliance, and governance standards.
• Contribute to integration strategy, best practices, and reusable frameworks.

At BMC we believe in pay transparency and have set the midpoint of the salary band for this role at 3,380,000 INR. Actual salaries depend on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training, licensure, and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.

The salary listed is just one component of BMC's employee compensation package. Other rewards may include a variable plan and country specific benefits.
