About the role :

We are seeking an experienced Workday Integration Architect to lead the design, development, and governance of Workday integrations within our HR technology ecosystem.

The role will be responsible for defining integration strategies, ensuring scalability, and delivering seamless connectivity between Workday and other enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of complex integrations between Workday and internal / external systems (HR, Payroll, Finance, Benefits, Recruiting, etc.
• Define integration patterns, frameworks, and standards to ensure scalability, performance, and compliance.
• Partner with HR, IT, Finance, and external vendors to gather requirements and translate them into integration solutions.
• Develop and oversee integrations using Workday Studio, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, PECI / CCB, REST / SOAP APIs, and middleware tools.
• Ensure integrations are secure, compliant with data privacy (GDPR, HIPAA), and meet organizational governance standards.
• Troubleshoot integration issues, monitor performance, and provide long-term support solutions.
• Guide and mentor developers and consultants on Workday integration best practices.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects to align Workday integrations with overall IT architecture.
• Document architecture, data flows, integration specifications, and support models.
