About the Role :
As a HR Recruiter, you will assist the Talent Acquisition team in identifying, screening, and hiring top talent. This internship will help you understand end-to-end recruitment processes, enhance your communication and organizational skills, and gain practical HR experience in a corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Support the HR team in maintaining candidate records and recruitment dashboards.
Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process (from initial contact to onboarding).
Participate in employer branding and campus recruitment activities.
Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions.
Help improve the candidate experience and recruitment process efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills :
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related field).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities .
Basic understanding of recruitment tools and job portals is a plus.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) .
