About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end operations of our catalogue photoshoot studio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire production workflow — from receiving samples to ensuring that final images and content are delivered and uploaded as per agreed timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Studio Operations & Workflow Management

• Oversee the complete studio workflow, from sample receipt to shoot completion, editing, and final upload.
• Plan and schedule daily and weekly photoshoots to ensure smooth execution.
• Allocate daily work across photographers, stylists, editors, and support staff.
• Track shoot progress to ensure that all allotted products are completed within the defined TAT.
• Coordinate with image editing and content writing teams for data transfer and task tracking.
• Ensure all images and content undergo proper QC (Quality Check) before final upload to the portal.
• Maintain proper documentation of shoot status, sample movement, and output delivery.
