About the Role :

We are looking for energetic and target-driven professionals with  1–2 years of telesales experience . The role involves connecting with farmers and customers over phone calls,providing services, explaining products, generating leads, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities :

Make outbound and inbound calls to promote products and services.

Understand customer needs and convert leads into sales.

Maintain records in CRM and achieve monthly targets.

Provide excellent customer service and follow up effectively.

Requirements :

Minimum  1–2 years of Tele sales or customer sales experience .

Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English.

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated and result-oriented.
