Job Summary :

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused  Customer Relationship Executive  to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues promptly, and cross-selling products or services while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and queries effectively.
• Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely follow-up for issue closure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Cross-sell company products and services to enhance customer value.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.
