About the Role :

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven leader to spearhead our Merchant Loan B2C business. This role combines expertise in merchant lending with consumer-centric approaches, focusing on scaling credit offerings, ensuring portfolio quality, and driving profitability across the B2C merchant segment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and expand the Merchant Credit B2C business across geographies.
• Drive merchant acquisition and credit disbursal, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
• Collaborate with product, risk, technology, and operations to design scalable merchant credit products for B2C customers.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as portfolio growth, delinquency rates, and customer retention.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to internal credit / risk guidelines.
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales & credit operations team.
• Liaise with leadership and external partners to innovate and enhance B2C credit offerings.
