Unit Head -Vijayawada

CTC : ₹80,000 – ₹1,25,000 per month

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Unit Head to lead our Vijayawada manufacturing unit. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing overall plant performance, including production, quality, maintenance, logistics, sales, marketing, dispatch, workforce management, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will also be required to coordinate with government officials, attend official meetings, and manage necessary documentation and compliance processes related to government departments as and when required for company operations. Moreover the person should be responsible for managing the sales team in alignment with the National Sales Head's directives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands-on leadership, capable of scaling operations efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of productivity and quality

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end operations of the Vijayawada unit, including production, maintenance, quality control, dispatch, and safety.
• Plan and execute monthly & annual production targets, ensuring cost efficiency and timely deliveries.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve performance goals.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory, environmental, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate closely with corporate operations, strategy, and sales teams to align plant output with business objectives.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and present periodic reports to senior management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reduction, and capacity expansion.
