Key Deliverables :

• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end book closures in compliance with process requirements.
• Publish MIS reports and financials for both internal management and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with applicable GAAP.
• Finalize investor reports and ensure timely submission of external financial disclosures.
• Lead and support department-driven initiatives such as M&A, hive-offs, and other special projects.
